Welcome to The Shore and thank you for stopping by. We are simply, a group of Jesus followers who look to change the world with the Gospel. This congregation has a long history in Kingston, beginning with our charter in 1831. Throughout these many years, our desire has always been to be a place where Jesus can be found, and all are welcome. Our goal is to be a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, come as you are church worshipping the Risen Lord, Jesus. We range from suits and ties to jeans and flip-flops (our pastor) and all points in between. Our mission is simple; “Sharing Christ, Growing Believers, Serving others”.
Our Core Values:
- The Gospel of Jesus Christ changes lives and restores our relationship to God
- God’s Word is our standard of truth
- The Holy Spirit is God moving in and through us
- The Gospel compels us to share Jesus with the world
- Serving others is a call, not a suggestion
- Worship is a way of life, not an hour in church
